Program #1 Includes Four (4) Applications Per Year:

A nutrition program for landscape with moderate nutrient requirements and no significant nutrient deficiencies.  The landscape should also have low maintenance requirements and high thresholds for pest & disease damage.  The customer desires an integrated program but is willing to supply the management requirements between SprayPro service visits, and is willing to purchase additional services when needed to correct infestation problems beyond guarantee periods.  The customer must be aware of the proper culture and adjust cultural practices when needed.  This program provides four (4) comprehensive applications in the program year.

Program #1 Services:

Nutrition is provided with each comprehensive application.  Rates and formulations depend on the need.  Results for nutrition applications are guaranteed for this program when the customer provides proper culture and when nutritional problems do not result from underlying pest or disease problems neglected by the customer.

 

Plant-pests and diseases are treated with each application when needed to keep pest and disease infestations below damage thresholds.  Plant-pest and disease control is guaranteed for thirty (30) days following each comprehensive visit.  Lawn pests and diseases are Chinch bugs, Army Worms, and Sod Webworms.  Landscape pests and diseases are Mites, White Fly's, Scale, Caterpillars, Snails, and Slugs.

 

Re-Checks are included for thirty (30) days following each comprehensive application.  It is the customer's responsibility to notify SprayPro of infestations within this time frame.

Optional Services Offered:

Entire landscaping, lawn service only, landscaping only, or specific items.  Nuisance pests named in the service agreement are treated at each visit when needed.  Optional services are only available when the entire landscape, including lawn, is within the scope of this program.  The customer is responsible for coordinating all pet treatments and indoor treatments that are needed for proper control.  Service is guaranteed for the thirty (30) days following each comprehensive visit.  Nuisance pest selection is Fleas & Ticks, Ants, and Millipedes.

Note to customers: Fungus and Grub control is not available on this program. Please see our six (6) application program per-year for these services.

Program #2 Includes Six (6) Applications Per Year:

This program provides strong services for the customer willing to supply some of the management needed to keep the landscape at a high aesthetic level.  SprayPro supplies services required for an integrated program on scheduled applications.  Between these visits, the customer will monitor the landscape and notify SprayPro of problems that need to be addressed by SprayPro.  Proper culture and conditions are the customer's responsibility.  Results and guarantees depend on the customer providing this level of management.  This program provides four (4) comprehensive & two (2) maintenance applications in the program year.

Broadleaf weeds in the lawn are treated each application (cool months only) when needed if the lawn is selected.  This is a long term process that is tied to good cultural practices.  Once control is achieved, it is guaranteed when the customer provides proper cultural conditions.

 

Re-Checks are included as needed at no extra charge for services selected and listed on the service agreement.

This program is for the customer who requires a program to maintain their landscape at it's highest aesthetic level.  SprayPro applies nutrients, monitors conditions identify problems, and makes as-needed corrective applications.  The customer provides proper culture and corrects cultural problems identified by SprayPro; program results and guarantees are dependent on proper culture.  The standard program provides four (4) comprehensive and eight (8) maintenance applications in the program year.
